This policy explains what information the Edgeflare browser extension and the Edgeflare service (“Edgeflare”, “we”) collect, why, and what we do with it. It applies to the Edgeflare extension distributed through the Chrome Web Store and to the Edgeflare account used to sign in to it.
In short: Edgeflare is a subscription product, so you need an account to use it. We collect the minimum needed to run that account — your email address and a secure session token — plus your own settings. We do not sell your data, we do not track your browsing, and we do not read pages other than the supported chart pages you use Edgeflare on.

Subscription payments are processed by our third-party payment provider. Card details are entered with that provider and are never received or stored by Edgeflare. We retain only the subscription status associated with your account.
The extension uses your browser’s local storage for your session token and your own preferences (timeframe, panel position, display toggles). Signing out or removing the extension clears this.
To operate the service we rely on providers for hosting, authentication, payment processing, and market data. These providers process data only as needed to deliver Edgeflare and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
Edgeflare requests publicly available market data (including OKX market data) for the symbol you are viewing. These requests contain the symbol, not your identity.
Account data is kept for as long as your account exists. You can request access to your data, correction of it, or deletion of your account and its data at any time by contacting us. Deleting your account removes your account data from our systems, subject to any records we are legally required to keep (for example, invoices).
Edgeflare is a tool for adult traders. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
If this policy changes, the revised version is posted here with an updated date. Material changes will also be reflected in the extension’s Chrome Web Store listing.
